HR Fast Lane

About the course

It is my pleasure to invite you to take part in an upcoming course that promises to be both practical and personal.

In our journey together, I will guide you through study cases and real-world practices, fostering an environment where we can analyze and discuss them together.

There will be six sessions in this engaging course, beginning in February, each lasting 90 minutes, with six sessions in total. 

In order to ensure an optimal learning environment, each course is limited to a maximum of five participants.

It will be a pleasure to begin this venture with you.

Session 1:  The HR Role 

This session introduces HR functions, roles, and responsibilities within an organization. During the course, you will gain a better understanding of the core areas and key activities of HR professionals. It could cover recruitment and onboarding, employee relations, training and development, compliance with employment laws, and HR strategy.

Session 4: Comp Philosophy 

In this session, you will learn how to develop and implement a relevant compensation philosophy at your organization. You will discuss aligning compensation practices with the company's values, culture, and business strategy. The key topics may include developing incentive programs, managing salary benchmarking, etc.

Session 2: Building a Roadmap

The purpose of this session is to align the HR function with the company's business goals. In this course, you will develop a strategic roadmap that outlines the HR initiatives and activities required to support the organization's goals. Among the topics may be workforce planning, talent acquisition, succession planning, and skills gaps skills gaps within the workforce

Session 5: Processes Creation

In this session, you'll gain insights into building effective HR processes. This course may cover topics such as developing performance review processes that drive employee development and engagement, establishing company policies and procedures, and ensuring compliance with the law.

Session 3: HR Budget 

The purpose of this session is to develop a budget for the HR and Human Capital (HC) departments. An HR budget includes components such as staffing, training and development, employee benefits, and HR technology investments. Creating a budget that reflects the priorities of the organization and aligning it with them.

Session 6: Course Summary 

This final session summarizes the entire course. In this way, participants can reflect on the lessons they have learned throughout the program. This session may include discussions, Q&A sessions, and a recap of key concepts, strategies, and practices discussed in previous sessions.
